Our 14-day dry aged beef is individually frozen and vacuum packaged, labeled, ready for your freezer. This Beef Box is approximately 20 lbs and will include the following cuts:
7 lbs Ground Beef
6 Short Ribs
2 T-Bones
2 Ribeyes
2 Tenderloin Filets
1 Chuck Roast
 
Our Beef Boxes thoughtfully curated with those in mind that have been interested in a half or quarter beef, but not ready to commit or concerned about not having enough freezer space.   Now you can enjoy beautiful and local Highland Beef born and raised right here on the Front Range of Colorado.

Our cattle spend their entire lives grazing on pure pastureland that has never been sprayed. They also have access to mineral-rich salt and vitamins.  Grass and grain finished, they have never been given antibiotics or hormones. Your beef comes from one single animal, as opposed to nearly 1,700 in store bought beef.
