Hello!  We are Ryan and Jenna Schaefer.  We're farmers AND foodies and believe that moments are never wasted at the dinner table with good food.  We've often said we feel like we were born in the wrong era.  Perhaps that's because we have always been captivated by the ways of the generations before us.  Much like them, we believe that humanely raising and growing nutritious food that we can bring to our table and to the tables of others, will make a lasting impact for the other generations to follow.

We believe that to make sure you're getting the best American beef, pork and chicken for your family, you need to either raise it yourself OR find a local farmer you can trust.  That's where we come in.  We are proud to offer the ever prized Highland Beef, the beautifully marbled Mangalitsa Pork, and the lean, but flavorful Red Ranger Chicken raised to the highest standard, right here in the front range pastures of Northern Colorado.
